This Policy supplements but does not supersede or replace any previous consent which you may have provided to Azeion, nor does it affect any legal rights that Azeion may have regarding the collection, use, processing, and/or disclosure of any Individual's Personal Data.

Azeion may, from time to time, update this Policy to ensure that it is consistent with our business needs or to accommodate amendments to applicable legal or regulatory requirements. All updates to this Policy will be published online at www.azeion.com (the "Azeion Website"). You shall be deemed to have accepted the Policy as amended by continuing your relationship with Azeion after any amendments have been published on the Azeion Website.

This Policy forms part of the terms and conditions, if any, governing your specific relationship with Azeion ("Terms and Conditions"), and it should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the fullest extent permissible by law.

  • "Services" means the business concierge and coordination services provided by Azeion, including but not limited to connecting clients with Corporate Service Providers for company incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting, tax filing, payroll, and immigration services;
  • "Corporate Service Provider" or "CSP" means any third-party registered professional or firm with whom Azeion coordinates to deliver corporate services to clients;
  • "Platform" means the Azeion website and any digital tools or communication channels used by Azeion to provide its Services.

2. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data

Azeion will only collect, use, and disclose Personal Data from or related to an Individual that is reasonably considered necessary for the relevant purposes, which may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Facilitating Azeion's provision of business concierge and coordination services, including connecting you with appropriate Corporate Service Providers;
  • Communicating with you to assist you with your enquiries and to coordinate services on your behalf;
  • Sharing relevant information with our partner Corporate Service Providers to enable them to deliver the services you have requested;
  • Dealing with administrative matters relating to the services coordinated for you;
  • Sending you updates, newsletters, or promotional materials that may be relevant to your business needs (with your consent);
  • Conducting internal analysis to improve our services and client experience;
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes;
  • Any other purposes that we notify you of at the time of obtaining consent.

3. Collection of Personal Data

Generally, Azeion may collect Personal Data from you in one or more of the following ways:

  • Information provided directly: You may provide Personal Data when you contact us via our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp). This may include your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your business needs. You are not obligated to provide Personal Data; however, not doing so may mean we are unable to provide our Services to you.

Where processing is based on consent, we will obtain your consent before collecting and using your Personal Data.

As a business concierge, a core part of our service involves coordinating with Corporate Service Providers on your behalf. This means we may share your Personal Data with our trusted partner network, including but not limited to:

  • Registered corporate secretaries, accountants, and tax specialists;
  • Our official partner, Sleek (Sleek Tech Pte. Ltd.), for the provision of corporate services;
  • Professional service providers engaged to assist with company incorporation, payroll, work pass applications, and related services;
  • Government agencies and regulatory bodies where required by law.

We will only share your Personal Data with third parties to the extent necessary to fulfil the services you have requested or as required by law. We require all third-party service providers to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Consent

By engaging Azeion's Services, submitting enquiries through our website, or otherwise providing your Personal Data to us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.

Where Azeion needs to process your Personal Data for purposes not covered by this Policy, we will seek your specific consent before doing so.

7. Request to Withdraw Consent

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing access requests, as permitted under the PDPA.

13. Retention of Data

Azeion retains your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. When your Personal Data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or anonymise it.

14. Overseas Transfer

Azeion generally processes and stores Personal Data within Singapore. In the event that we need to transfer your Personal Data to a location outside of Singapore, we will ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA, and that such transfer complies with applicable data protection laws.

15. Making a Complaint

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
