This Data Protection Notice ("Notice") sets out the basis on which Azeion Pte. Ltd. ("Azeion", "we", "us", or "our") may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal data of our clients, prospective clients, and website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") of Singapore.

This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose, or process personal data for our purposes.

  • Company name and business registration details;

  • To assess your business needs and recommend appropriate corporate services;
  • To coordinate and facilitate the delivery of corporate services through our network of trusted Corporate Service Providers (CSPs);
  • To communicate with you regarding your enquiries, service requests, and ongoing engagements;
  • To share necessary information with our partner CSPs (including our official partner, Sleek) to enable them to provide the requested services;
  • To manage our business relationship with you, including invoicing and payment processing;
  • To send you marketing communications about our services (with your consent);
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules;
  • To respond to legal processes or requests from public and government authorities;
  • For internal administrative purposes, including data analysis and service improvement.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

As a business concierge, we may need to share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Corporate Service Providers: Registered professionals and firms in our partner network who deliver the corporate services you have requested, including our official partner Sleek (Sleek Tech Pte. Ltd.);
  • Professional advisors: Lawyers, auditors, and other professional advisors where necessary;
  • Government and regulatory authorities: Where required by law or regulation, including ACRA, IRAS, and MOM;
  • Service providers: Third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., IT services, communication platforms).

We will only disclose your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and we require all recipients to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Consent

By providing your personal data to us (whether through our website, email, phone, WhatsApp, or in person), you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as set out in this Notice and our Data Protection & Privacy Policy.

We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing your access request, as permitted under the PDPA. We will respond to your request within 30 business days.
